Every board follows the same rigor.
Watch the process trace itself as you scroll. This is the same sequence every CircuitNexa project moves through.
Requirements & Block Diagram
What the board needs to do, constraints, target cost, and timeline, mapped into major blocks, power domains, and interfaces before any schematic work starts.
Schematic & PCB Layout
Component selection, schematic capture, placement, routing, and stack-up, tuned for signal integrity.
Manufacturing
Gerbers, BOM, and pick-and-place files, packaged for the fab you choose: JLCPCB, PCBWay, or another.
Bring-up & Validation
On the bench the moment your prototype powers on. Any respins are scoped immediately.
Firmware
For engagements that include firmware, our team is looped in from the block-diagram stage, not brought in after the board is back.
Platforms we design around every day.

RF PCBsPrivacy Policy
Last updated September 2026.
This policy explains what information CircuitNexa collects when you use this website or engage us for a project, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.
Who we are
CircuitNexa is an electronics engineering company providing PCB design, embedded firmware, and related product development services. For any privacy question, or to exercise any of the rights described below, contact us at hello@circuitnexa.com.
Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly. If you use the contact form, that means your name, email address, the engagement type you select, and whatever project details you choose to write. If you contact us by email instead, we hold whatever you send us.
If you become a client, we also hold the information needed to run the project: technical requirements, schematics, reference designs, correspondence, and billing details.
Our web server keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. These are used to keep the site running and secure, not to build a profile of you.
What we do not collect
We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or third-party marketing pixels on this site. We do not buy personal data from data brokers, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to respond to your enquiry, to prepare a quote or scope, to carry out and deliver the work if you engage us, to invoice and keep proper business records, and to meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not send marketing emails to people who have only made an enquiry.
Legal basis
Where the GDPR or a similar law applies to you, we rely on your consent when you voluntarily submit an enquiry, on the performance of a contract for work carried out for clients, on our legitimate interest in operating and securing this website, and on legal obligation for records we are required to keep.
Client project data and confidentiality
Schematics, designs, source code, specifications, and any other material you share with us during a project are treated as confidential. They are used only to carry out the agreed work, are accessible only to the engineers assigned to your project, and are never used in our portfolio, marketing, or case studies without your explicit permission. We are glad to sign an NDA before any technical detail is exchanged.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of third parties to operate: a website host, an email provider, and standard business tools for accounting and file transfer. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and have no right to use it for their own purposes. Because we work with clients internationally, information may be processed in countries other than your own.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within roughly two years. Client project records and correspondence are kept for the duration of the engagement and afterwards for as long as we need them for warranty, support, and legal or tax record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your data sooner, subject to any records we are legally required to retain.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted transfer, and reputable providers to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take the confidentiality of client design data seriously and treat it accordingly.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to ask us to delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. To make a request, email hello@circuitnexa.com. We will respond within a reasonable period, and within one month where the GDPR applies.
Children
This site and our services are aimed at businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
Contact
Questions, requests, or complaints about privacy can be sent to hello@circuitnexa.com.
Terms of Service
Last updated September 2026.
These terms cover the use of this website and the general basis on which CircuitNexa provides engineering services. Individual projects are governed by the specific written agreement, quote, or statement of work signed for that project, which takes precedence over anything on this page if the two conflict.
Use of this website
The content on this site is provided for general information about our services. Portfolio images, project descriptions, and technical details are published with the relevant client's permission or in a form that does not disclose confidential design information. You may not copy, republish, or reuse our images or written content without permission.
How engagements work
An enquiry through this site is not a contract. Every project is scoped individually based on the requirements you provide. Before work begins we agree, in writing, the deliverables, timeline, and price. Work starts once that scope is confirmed and any agreed deposit is received.
Changes to requirements after the scope is agreed may affect the timeline and cost. We will tell you the impact before carrying out additional work rather than invoicing you for a surprise afterwards.
Your responsibilities
Accurate design work depends on accurate input. You are responsible for the specifications, requirements, reference material, and feedback you provide, and for confirming that you have the right to share any third-party material with us. Delays in feedback or approvals will shift the delivery schedule accordingly.
Deliverables and revisions
Deliverables typically include schematics, PCB layout files, manufacturing outputs such as Gerbers, BOM and pick-and-place files, and firmware source where firmware is in scope. The specific list, file formats, and number of included revision rounds are set out in the project agreement.
Intellectual property
Unless the project agreement says otherwise, ownership of the designs, schematics, layouts, and firmware we produce specifically for your project transfers to you once the project has been paid for in full. Until then, we retain ownership.
We keep ownership of our own pre-existing tools, libraries, templates, and general engineering know-how, and remain free to use that knowledge on other projects. This does not include anything confidential or specific to your design.
Confidentiality
We treat your project information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties or use it in our portfolio without your permission. We are happy to sign an NDA before technical details are exchanged. We ask the same discretion in return for any proprietary methods or materials we share with you.
Payment
Fees, currency, milestones, and payment terms are set out in the project agreement. Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice. We may pause work on overdue accounts, and final deliverables and IP transfer are contingent on full payment.
Manufacturing and third parties
Where we place orders with a fabricator or assembly house on your behalf, or where you order directly using files we produce, that manufacturer is a separate company with its own terms, lead times, and tolerances. We are not responsible for their pricing, delays, workmanship, or component sourcing, though we will help resolve issues that trace back to the design files.
Warranty
We warrant that our work is carried out with reasonable skill and care and in line with the agreed specification. If a deliverable does not meet that specification, tell us within the warranty period stated in the project agreement and we will correct the fault at our own cost. This warranty does not cover changes in your requirements, modifications made by others, component availability, manufacturing defects, or use outside the specified operating conditions.
Prototype hardware is prototype hardware. Nothing we deliver should be assumed fit for safety-critical, medical, or regulated use unless that has been explicitly agreed and the appropriate testing and certification has been carried out.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit, lost revenue, production delays, recall costs, or the cost of replacement boards. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Cancellation
Either party may end a project in writing. If you cancel, you pay for work completed and any non-recoverable costs committed up to that point, and we hand over the work produced so far. If we cannot continue, we will say so promptly and refund fees paid for work not yet carried out.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force for a project is the one current when that project's agreement is signed.

Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@circuitnexa.com.
Our Story
How two university engineers building an EEG device became a 10-person specialist engineering company.
CircuitNexa started with two university engineers building a compact, low-noise portable EEG device. What began as a single project grew into an electronics engineering company working across PCB design, embedded systems, firmware, IoT, RF, power, and product development.
Today, CircuitNexa is built around 10 highly specialized engineers, each a 10× engineer in their area of expertise. We intentionally take on a limited number of projects at a time, giving every design the depth, precision, and attention it deserves.

10 Engineers. 10× Expertise. One Standard.
We don't aim to build more. We aim to build better.
