Engineering approach
Consumer electronics design has to hold up under volume manufacturing, which means component selection and layout choices are made with sourcing and assembly yield in mind from the start. On this board, that translates into a component set built around Nordic nRF52840 and HR/SpO₂ Sensor, with layout and stack-up decisions driven by manufacturability at volume, cost-conscious component selection, and a layout that supports the intended enclosure.
