Project overview

Low-power display/control platform for portable or connected products using an e-paper interface.

Engineering approach

Consumer electronics design has to hold up under volume manufacturing, which means component selection and layout choices are made with sourcing and assembly yield in mind from the start. On this board, that translates into a component set built around 4L and Wireless MCU, with layout and stack-up decisions driven by manufacturability at volume, cost-conscious component selection, and a layout that supports the intended enclosure.
