Project overview

12-V vehicle controller designed to drive multiple external loads with individually routed outputs.

Engineering approach

Automotive and vehicle-adjacent hardware has to keep working through vibration, temperature swings, and electrically noisy environments that consumer electronics never see. On this board, that translates into a component set built around 4L and ESP32, with layout and stack-up decisions driven by vibration resistance, wide operating temperature range, and robust connector and harness interfacing.
