Project overview

AC-input EV charging controller board that manages power delivery from a 220VAC mains supply, handling the control and safety logic between the charger and the vehicle.

Engineering approach

Automotive and vehicle-adjacent hardware has to keep working through vibration, temperature swings, and electrically noisy environments that consumer electronics never see. On this board, that translates into a component set built around 220VAC Input and EV Charging, with layout and stack-up decisions driven by vibration resistance, wide operating temperature range, and robust connector and harness interfacing.
