USB form-factor wireless electronics module for adding connectivity to a host system.

Engineering approach

Consumer electronics design has to hold up under volume manufacturing, which means component selection and layout choices are made with sourcing and assembly yield in mind from the start. On this board, that translates into a component set built around 2L and ESP32-class wireless module, with layout and stack-up decisions driven by manufacturability at volume, cost-conscious component selection, and a layout that supports the intended enclosure.
